About Self-Defi

Zero-Custody Infrastructure for Sovereign Wealth Architecture.

Self-Defi provides secure, self-custody infrastructure for individuals and organizations. Our mission is to give communities the tools to build sovereign, transparent wealth systems — without intermediaries holding their funds or making decisions for them.

With Graduation Vaults, schools, parents, trustees, and donors keep full control. SD Advisory Group is not a custodian:

  • We do not hold private keys or approval authority.
  • We do not provide investment products, yields, or fund management.
  • We provide the underlying smart-contract and dashboard infrastructure only.

How It Works

Student-Specific, Time-Locked Donation Vaults.

Each Graduation Vault is a dedicated smart account for one student, governed by a 3-of-4 multi-signature structure and a time-lock that releases funds at graduation.

Architecture

3-of-4 Multi-Signature With Parent Required

Every vault is controlled by four adults: Parent/Guardian (mandatory), School Representative, Teacher/Staff or Counselor, and an Independent Trustee or Community Oversight member. Any withdrawal — including graduation unlock — requires three approvals and the parent is always one of them.

Timelock

Locked Until Graduation, With Rare Exceptions

Vaults remain locked until the student’s graduation date. Emergency withdrawals are extremely rare and require documented hardship plus approvals from the Parent/Guardian, School Representative, and Independent Trustee. If any signer disagrees, the vault stays locked.

Transparency

On-Chain Dashboard for Families & Donors

Students and parents receive read-only dashboards showing current balance, donation history, contributors, lock status, and graduation countdown. Donors can monitor progress 24-7 through public, auditable vault data — no logins required for viewing.

Scope

Student Vaults + School Innovation Vault

In addition to individual Graduation Vaults, schools may also operate a transparent Innovation Vault — a 2-of-3 multi-sig account for campus-wide upgrades, partnerships, and enrichment programs. All activity is public, and SD Advisors still holds zero keys.

Who It’s For

Aligned Roles, Clear Responsibilities.

Graduation Vaults are designed so each group knows exactly what they are — and are not — responsible for.

Students & Families

Future-Focused, Not Speculative

Students receive a protected vault that unlocks at graduation, not an investment account. Parents act as mandatory signers, approve withdrawals, and can monitor progress through a read-only dashboard at any time.

School Staff

Administrative, Not Financial Custody

School Representatives and Staff signers verify enrollment, review emergency requests when needed, and help families understand the system. They never custody crypto, never move funds, and cannot decide how donations are spent on their own.

Trustees & Community

Neutral Oversight, Zero Fund Control

Trustees provide neutral checks and balances. They review emergency requests and governance changes, but they never hold or manage money. Their key is only used during major decisions requiring oversight.

Donors & Sponsors

Transparent, Trackable Gifts

Donors can choose a student or contribute to the School Innovation Vault, send funds directly on-chain, and verify delivery instantly. Every contribution is a gift — transparent, trackable, and time-locked for the student or school community.
